You accompany and advise managers in French-speaking Switzerland in the recruitment of specialists and managers, and you are their reference point throughout the recruitment process.

- French mother tongue or perfect mastery of French;
- German level B2 minimum oral and written.
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating recruitment campaigns on social networks and in the targeted use of digital channels to attract talent.
- Good knowledge of the labour market in French-speaking Switzerland and its specificities.
- Excellent relational and advisory skills, creating lasting partnerships with managers and candidates.
- Self-employed, structured and effective method of work, even during periods of high activity.
