- Responsibility for strategic and operational management of development and acquisition projects (housing & business) from the first vision to the construction stage
- Proactive identification and assessment of locations using a "Diligence" and "Bilieneconomic analysis
- Multi-year experience: in the development of complex real estate projects as well as experience in dealing with investors, authorities and other stakeholders
- Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF): in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning, real estate management or training in the field of law / notarial sciences - experience in developing and evaluating usage, feasibility and real estate assessments
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for strategic and operational management of development and acquisition projects (housing & business) from the first vision to the construction stage
- Proactive identification and assessment of locations using a "Diligence" and "Bilieneconomic analysis
- Responsibility for the "Bilien-relevant" contract works such as rental, construction law and purchase/purchase contracts as well as planning contracts
- Development of marketable use concepts taking into account location, target groups and economic efficiency
- Careful management of the development process from the Feasibility study to final building permit
- leadership of internal and external planning partners as well as identification and involvement of external stakeholders
- targeted representation of ownership interests in negotiations with authorities, associations, landowners and investors
- building and maintaining close relations with institutional and private landowners, corporates, family offices, authorities and other important stakeholders
Key requirements
- Multi-year experience: in the development of complex real estate projects as well as experience in dealing with investors, authorities and other stakeholders
- Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF): in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning, real estate management or training in the field of law / notarial sciences - experience in developing and evaluating usage, feasibility and real estate assessments
- Well-founded knowledge in Swiss planning & construction law and SIA standards
- Entrepreneurially thinking and analytically strong personality with high
- Self-initiative and strategic, creative and flexible working methods
- Expressed communicative strength combined with persuasiveness, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- High awareness of responsibility and quality as well as a sound knowledge of the work of the contract and great motivation to take responsibility in a small, powerful team
