Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and correct recording and control of the goods invoices and service/repair documents in the respective EDP systems
- General office and archival work (scanning)
- Processing of individual orders for the supervisor Miscellaneous reconciliations
- Adjustment of volume and price differences (WE-RE)
- Processing of creditors and payment order (DTA) Postal handling of accounts payable
- Checking evidence of compliance with the assignment of competence Requirements Basic commercial education completed
- Professional experience in accounts payable MS-Office knowledge, SAP is an advantage
- German mother tongue, knowledge of French is advantageous Precise and rational working methods
