Role overview
Tasks
- Professional and timely processing of the monthly wage run for all employees in your care area
- Mutations of wage-relevant personnel data as well as ensuring the administrative entry, transfer and exit process
- Checking, calculating, recording and controlling salary-related events such as withholding tax, family allowances, etc.
- Processing of accident, illness, IV and EO cases as well as daily allowances in SAP and UKA
- Advising employees and managers on personnel insurance and wage issues
- Conducting investigations with authorities, e.g.
in connection with permits, two-state cases and social insurance
- Participation in our upcoming digitalization projects and expansion of our payroll services Requirements
- Federal Commercial Certificate of Competence, study or subject-specific training
- Professional experience in wage administration
- Experience in dealing with SAP HCM, Audittool and UKA desired
- Good communication skills in German are a prerequisite, other foreign languages are an advantage
