- You initiate, manage and coordinate projects to optimize and standardize packaging and carry out the corresponding tests.
- You manage the technical databases of the packaging as well as their documentation (specifications, certificates, etc.).
- 2 to 3 years: Experience in a similar position
- Federal diploma: Certified packaging manager or equivalent training with experience in the primary food packaging industry
Main responsibilities
- You initiate, manage and coordinate projects to optimize and standardize packaging and carry out the corresponding tests.
- You manage the technical databases of the packaging as well as their documentation (specifications, certificates, etc.).
- You actively participate in the implementation of sustainability and economic goals as well as in adapting to the latest legal regulations.
- You travel to production sites in Switzerland about once a week.
- You provide technical support in processing complaints and in the continuous improvement process.
Key requirements
- 2 to 3 years: Experience in a similar position
- Federal diploma: Certified packaging manager or equivalent training with experience in the primary food packaging industry
- German (fluent) French (good knowledge): Native speaker of German with good knowledge of French (at least level B1) or native speaker of French with very good knowledge of German (at least level C1)
- Ability to manage projects.
- Good knowledge of quality assurance would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of SAP.
- Cost awareness, assertiveness and ability to work in a team.
