- Ergonomic observations and analyses of workstations at different sites: production, assembly, quality control, logistics, maintenance and administrative activities
- Identify risk factors related to MSDs, binding postures, handling, visual stresses and precision work
Main responsibilities
- Ergonomic observations and analyses of workstations at different sites: production, assembly, quality control, logistics, maintenance and administrative activities
- Identify risk factors related to MSDs, binding postures, handling, visual stresses and precision work
- Propose, coordinate and monitor ergonomic improvement measures, taking into account the quality, productivity, safety and confidentiality requirements of the industrial environment
- Participate in the design or transformation of workstations, in collaboration with the Production, Methods, Industrialization, Maintenance, Quality and Infrastructure teams
- Ensure the operational link with external experts in ergonomics: preparation of interventions, transmission of necessary elements, coordination of field visits, follow-up of recommendations and steering of their implementation
- Promote awareness-raising and training activities: ergonomics at the post, prevention of MSDs, etc Profile
- Bachelor HES in occupational therapy, or equivalent
- Confirmed experience of more than 3 years in ergonomics, prevention of MSDs, vocational rehabilitation in an industrial environment, ideally in the fields of microtechnical, watchmaking, electronics, medical or precision industry
- Mastering the process of activity analysis and ergonomic evaluation of workplaces
- Knowledge of biomechanics, handling, postural stresses and occupational risk prevention
