Your duties

You represent the Cantonal Hospital Uri and ensure a professional, friendly welcome for patients: inside and visitors: inside.

You are one of the first contact persons and handle telephone inquiries competently and service-oriented.

Key requirements

  • You have completed training in the commercial sector, in the hotel industry or in tourism.
  • Ideally, you will bring professional experience in the field of patient administration and have knowledge in the healthcare and/or insurance industry.
  • A pronounced service idea and a well-kept appearance are a matter of course for you.
  • Your personality is characterized by kindness, courtesy, flexibility and resilience.
  • Very good knowledge of German and strong communication skills are among your strengths and foreign languages in particular English are an advantage.
  • You have a high affinity for the digital workplace and feel comfortable in a modern working environment.
  • You are motivated to take on early, late, weekend and holiday services.
  • On average, you work one weekend a month. The working hours are as follows:
  • Early service: Monday to Friday from 6:25 to 15:30, on weekends from 7:55 to 14:35
  • Late service: Monday to Friday from 15:10 to 20:15, on weekends from 14:15 to 20:15
  • In addition, there are on average 1-2 assignments monthly during office hours OUR OFFER:
