- Prepare, maintain and store the consultation room (replacement of protective paper, disinfection of surfaces and organization of space)
- Ensure cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment
- Attend gynecological-obstetric consultations: blood tests, injections, urine tests, dressings, samples, measurements of weight, size and vital signs and ensure the delivery of samples to the laboratory
- Accompany the doctor to the consultation room when necessary
- Prepare, update and scan patient medical records
- Invoicing the medical assistant's services and checking the billing of the consultation
- Miscellaneous administrative work (mail, mail and medical documents) Your assets SWC medical assistant required Prior experience in obstetric gynaecology
- Excellent mastery of computer tools (Outlook, Word) and ideally Opale, Soarian, Ultragenda software
- Ability to manage emergencies, organization and priority management, teamwork, flexibility and strict confidentiality Start: immediately or to be agreed.
