Main responsibilities
- You weigh the goods (pork, sow, beef, cow and veal) at each cutting stage.
- You manage weighings according to the requirements of the labels while ensuring the traceability of the products.
- You prepare and process fresh meat orders according to internal needs.
- You separate labels and manage orders via SAP.
- You ensure rigorous product monitoring to ensure traceability at every stage of the process.
- You provide support in different sectors for tasks related to cutting, preparing and managing products. Required
- Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in the meat field.
- Initial or continuing training completed: In the food field.
- Good knowledge of meat pieces.
- Use with computer tools (SAP, etc.).
