- You manage the weighing while respecting label requirements and ensuring product traceability.
- Professional experience: 3-5 years in the meat sector.
- Completed training in the food sector.
Main responsibilities
- You weigh the goods (pork, sow, beef, cow, and veal) at each cutting stage.
- You manage the weighing while respecting label requirements and ensuring product traceability.
- You prepare and process fresh meat orders according to internal needs.
- You separate labels and manage orders via the SAP system.
- You ensure rigorous monitoring of products to guarantee their traceability at every stage of the process.
- You provide support in various sectors for tasks related to cutting, preparation, and product management. Requirements
- Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in the meat sector.
- Completed initial or continuing training: In the food sector.
- Good knowledge of meat cuts.
- Proficiency with IT tools (SAP, etc.).
