Your assignment
- Organize and coordinate maintenance, after-sales assistance and commissioning
- Leaving your team in everyday life: coaching, skills development, priority management
- Ensure reliable, effective and customer-friendly services
- Provide technical support in case of complex diagnosis or urgent situations
- Plan resources, manage emergencies and ensure smooth coordination of activities
- Contribute to the development of maintenance contracts and operational monitoring of the business
- Occasionally participate in field interventions and availability service

- Technical training: heating, electricity, automation, electromechanical or related sectors
- Solid experience in maintenance, after-sales service, repair or commissioning of building systems
- Excellent knowledge of heating, hydraulics, regulation and electricity
- Stability with heat pumps; biomass, ventilation or GTB/MCR = a real advantage
- First management experience or potential proven to lead a team
- Ability to organize, coordinate and grow employees
- Service orientation, autonomy, initiative and professional communication
- Driving licence B
- German knowledge would be an advantage
