- Your main responsibilities will include: Invoicing Flow Management Assisting operations in the management of purchase orders and invoices.
- Be the interface between operational and accounting.
Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will include: Invoicing Flow Management Assisting operations in the management of purchase orders and invoices.
- Be the interface between operational and accounting.
- Manage validation matrices.
- Lead the campaign to collect financial information from our suppliers.
- Monitoring of Operational Costs Analyze variances between output, budget and budget revisions.
- Support operational in budget construction/revised operational expenditures, related to activity.
- Follow up on Development Follow with the team Developing the imputation of their hours on project codes.
- Analyze variances between output and budget.
- Follow rebilling between poles.
- Be the interface with Central Finance for monitoring this activity.
