• You procure raw materials in the fresh meat sector and ensure a needs-based supply
• You maintain and develop existing supplier relationships sustainably
• You conduct price, volume and contract negotiations and achieve economically optimal solutions
• You observe the market, analyze supply and demand situations and derive suitable measures
• You ensure the availability of goods taking into account quality, costs and deadlines
• You work closely with planning, production, sales and supply chain and coordinate the relevant interfaces

Requirements

• Multiannual experience: in a leadership role in the meat industry
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): or higher vocational school degree, preferably as a meat specialist, cook or in food technology with a focus on meat products, as well as training in marketing or sales.
• You have leadership experience and understand how to motivate and develop employees
• You are a team player and enjoy dealing with people and building sustainable relationships
• You are characterized by a fast comprehension and networked thinking
• You perform safely and convince through your negotiating skills
• You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally bring experience in dealing with SAP
• You also keep an overview in a dynamic environment and set the right priorities
• in German (negotiation confident)
• French (very good knowledge)
