Main responsibilities
- Planning of preventive or extraordinary maintenance measures in cooperation with the production areas and the various maintenance departments
- Planning and coordination of required external resources
- Coordination of operations, management of resources and monitoring of plant maintenance. Ensuring the availability of spare parts
- Reduction of major plant downtimes by optimizing preventive maintenance
- Participation in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with maintenance managers and technicians
- Cooperation with production to integrate preventive and specific maintenance into the planning of their activities
- Support for those responsible by creating key performance indicators, participating in the creation of procedures and technical standards and managing documentation
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the performance and availability of production facilities
- Assistance in managing the telephone calls of our hotline to coordinate the needs for internal/external resources in case of unplanned downtimes Requirements
