- Planning of preventive or extraordinary maintenance measures in cooperation with the production areas and the various maintenance departments
- Planning and coordination of the necessary external resources
- 1-3 years: Experience in a similar position
- Complete vocational training (EFZ): EFZ as a polymechanical, automatic, electrician, mechanic or equivalent training.
Main responsibilities
- Planning of preventive or extraordinary maintenance measures in cooperation with the production areas and the various maintenance departments
- Planning and coordination of the necessary external resources
- Coordination of operations, management of resources and monitoring of the maintenance of plants. Ensuring the availability of spare parts
- Reduction of larger plant shutdowns by optimising preventive maintenance
- Participation in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with maintenance managers and competent technicians
- Cooperation with production to integrate preventive and specific maintenance into the planning of their activities
- Support of the responsible persons by creating performance indicators, participation in the production of procedures and technical standards and the management of documentation
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the performance and availability of production facilities
- Support in managing our hotline phone calls to coordinate the needs of internal/external resources in the event of unplanned shutdowns
Key requirements
- 1-3 years: Experience in a similar position
- Complete vocational training (EFZ): EFZ as a polymechanical, automatic, electrician, mechanic or equivalent training.
- Professional ID as a maintenance specialist is of advantage
- German (fluent) French (good knowledge): German as a native language with good knowledge in French (min. B1) Good knowledge of industrial maintenance Controlling SAP PM and Microsoft Office
