Main responsibilities
- Active telephone sales, receipt and execution of customer requests and inquiries
- Customer support and development of new sales channels
- Processing of orders and inquiries as well as general administration
- Close cooperation with other departments (production, development, forwarding, etc.)
- Processing and management of stocks via system
- Processing and verification of customer complaints
