As Head of Fresh Meat Packaging you take responsibility for the department, optimize processes and lead a committed team.
You manage the department made up of around 60 people and you are responsible for defining and achieving objectives in terms of volume, quality and production cost
You are responsible for optimizing and monitoring the processes in force
You have good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office and SAP) Cosa offriamo

You manage the department made up of around 60 people and you are responsible for defining and achieving objectives in terms of volume, quality and production cost
You are responsible for optimizing and monitoring the processes in force
You provide support to team leaders in the development, recruitment and management of personnel
You lead and support your team on different projects
You are responsible for managing your company's dashboards domain
You develop and support continuous improvement.

You like the responsibilities that you assume successfully and autonomously
You know how to adapt to operational requirements by being flexible when the situation requires it and are able to make decisions
Your extensive leadership and communication skills allow you to develop strong relationships with all of your contacts

You ensure the application of company directives, in particular the hygiene, quality, environment and safety standards in force Required
Minimum 5 years: Experience in a similar position
Higher education: Obtaining a Federal Certificate or equivalent, in the agri-food field an asset
French (Good command): Knowledge of German is an asset
You are recognized for being a management executive committed field and able to work in a team
