Main responsibilities
- Cooperation in the strategic development of the real estate portfolio as well as in the development and regular review of the real estate strategy
- Support in the development of area strategies, master planning and strategic real estate planning
- Participation in challenging real estate and construction projects – from the first idea to and with feasibility tests until the transfer to execution
- Support in the development and implementation of a holistic spatial strategy as well as in the development of a strategic spatial management
- Development of usage concepts and spatial programmes for new buildings and existing properties as well as implementation and preparation of analyses, feasibility studies, test planning and competitions
- Development of decision bases and presentations for project managers and management as well as coordination and cooperation with internal and external specialist departments and stakeholders Profile:
- Master's degree (uni/FH) in business administration, architecture or in a similar direction - advantageous additional training in the field of real estate
- First professional experience in real estate and construction projects – ideally in hospital construction or in construction activities in the public sector
- Interest in the specific requirements of the health care system and hospital-specific operations
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as the pleasure of preparing complex issues in a structured and comprehensible way.
