Each year, about 20 young professionals obtain their SWC after 3 or 4 years of learning or at the end of their internship MPC 3+1 within our company. For the re-entry of 2027, we have two positions to fill in two different departments: Human Resources and Internal Sales. Your missions Communicate and advise

• You participate in information and advice interviews with internal and external interlocutors and learn to deal with their issues or complaints in a professional way,
• You write correspondence and minutes according to company standards. Organize and coordinate
• You set up bids and orders for equipment, and you follow the deadlines with the various services,
• You receive, process and transmit information to the right interlocutors, in accordance with company directives and data protection,
• HR: you are involved in the management of absences from work, accidents and business trips and you support the team in staff processes,
• Internal Sales: You track orders and offers and support the team in customer relations. Analyze and optimize
• You use different computer systems and tools to process information safely and efficiently,
• You document processes, you develop document templates, and you propose ideas for improvement. What you're developing at home
• The operational skills of your training, with structured support and concrete mandates,
• Autonomy, service and reliability,
• Regular qualification interviews with SMART objectives to measure your progress. Your profile
• You're currently in business school in the MPC 3+1 model and looking for an internship for your last year,
• You show interest in languages, and good knowledge of German and/or English are an additional asset for HR and are desired for internal sales,
• You have good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint),
• You show ease of contact and willingness to collaborate,
