- Operation, maintenance and further development of our IT infrastructure (Microsoft Server Landscape, Active Directory and Azure VMs).
- Management and maintenance of the VMware platform and the Microsoft 365 services.
Main responsibilities
- Operation, maintenance and further development of our IT infrastructure (Microsoft Server Landscape, Active Directory and Azure VMs).
- Management and maintenance of the VMware platform and the Microsoft 365 services.
- Support and maintenance of the mail services (Exchange on Premise / Online) and the Microsoft 365 services.
- Management and maintenance of the VMware platform and the backup environment (Veeam).
- Analysis and correction of malfunctions as well as support of first-level support.
- Management of sub-projects and coordination of external service providers.
- Documentation of systems, processes and changes.
- Participation in the Pikettdienst (about once a quarter) and occasional travel activities within Europe.
- Requirements: Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. computer scientist EFZ / IT specialist) as well as a well-founded further education in the Microsoft sector (MCSA, MCSD odefr MCSE).
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Veeam.
