Working as part of the Governance & Service Management (GSM) team You work closely with colleagues from business, IT, governance, procurement and external service providers.

- Support and further development of supplier and service provider relationships in the field of software, market data and IT services
- Steering the entire contract life cycle from negotiations to renewals to contract adjustments and termination
Main responsibilities
- Support and further development of supplier and service provider relationships in the field of software, market data and IT services
- Steering the entire contract life cycle from negotiations to renewals to contract adjustments and termination
- Monitoring service levels, KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations as well as coordinating escalations with internal and external partners
- Control of software and market data contracts, licensing models, commercial reviews as well as cost optimization measures and management reporting
- Advising internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and relevant FINMA, DORA and auditing standards Requirements
- Several years of experience in vendor management, contract management or a comparable environment
- Completed studies in business or IT or comparable qualification
- Experience in dealing with software, SaaS, outsourcing or market data providers
- Understanding software licensing models as well as supplier and contract management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills nalytic mindset and interest in commercial issues. Very good knowledge of German and English This sets you apart
