Mission

• Lead HR Partnership and Recruitment to meet the needs of the company and ensure high-value, high-quality services Support managers and managers in managing human, organisational and managerial issues to support the company's performance
• Defining and deploying the attractive recruitment strategy while contributing to the anticipation and development of the necessary skills and retention of talent
• Ensure consistent and equitable application of HR policies, processes and practices within the organization
• Advise management in organizational developments and workforce and skills planning
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners and recruitment specialists, fostering collaboration, engagement, operational excellence and achieving goals

Profile

• University or HES training in human resources, business management, law or equivalent, supplemented by a federal HR patent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, including ideally 3 years in a managerial position
• Experience confirmed as HR Business Partner Senior, HR Manager or equivalent, as well as in management of social partners and negotiation
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law, social insurance and HR processes
• French current, German knowledge and mastery of Microsoft 365 and SIRH tools
• Federated leadership, sense of partnership, orientation solutions and ability to support change
