As an experienced HR consultant, you support and accompany the line managers competently throughout the entire staff cycle. They accompany HR transformation projects, contribute to data-based HR controlling and contribute to the implementation of a modern and needs-oriented personnel policy and strategy of the federal government. You can make this contribution

• Advise and supervise line managers in all HR processes from personnel planning to personnel recruitment, introduction, personnel development and leadership up to personnel exit

• As a competent contact person and sparring partner, the line managers advise on personnel law issues of public personnel law, HR management and demanding personnel situations and develop practical and legally compliant solutions

• Ensure the implementation of the federal personnel policy and strategy and ensure a smooth HRM business flow for the benefit of the stakeholder groups (line, employees, specialist management, HR Service Center, etc.)

• Actively accompany change projects and support leaders in change management, organizational development and cultural change

• prepare, analyse and ensure the tracking of personnel data and HR key figures for higher-level HR controlling
• Process the requests forwarded by the HR Service Center and work closely with internal partners to ensure a high-quality HR service

• Contribute to ensuring continuity of HR services by providing deputies and support for complex personnel dossiers

• Higher vocational education and training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or university degree with an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience in a comparable capacity

• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, public personnel law as well as in the advice and support of line managers

• Strong analytical, consulting and communication skills with a strong service idea and a pragmatic and solution-oriented working method

• Open, loyal and committed personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders and move safely in a dynamic environment

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP HR knowledge

• Verbal and written knowledge of a second official language is advantageous
