Mission

• Participate in the management of HR applications and ensure their performance, evolution and consistency with business needs
• Ensure availability, security and management of access to HR solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and Timetool
• Supervising interfaces and data flows between HR applications and other enterprise systems
• Contribute to the coordination of SIRH developments and projects with HR, IT and external partners, while ensuring budgetary monitoring
• Advise and support HR teams in the use of solutions, adoption of new features and sharing of good practices

Profile

• Holder of a Master's degree in computer science, administration or equivalent field, or a Bachelor's degree in IT or project management
• You have first professional experience in managing business applications, information systems or HR solutions.
• You ideally have knowledge of HR processes or are motivated to quickly develop your HR skills
• You are comfortable with project management tools and methods. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and TimeTool is an advantage.
• You are fluent in French and technical English. Knowledge in German is an asset.
