Application process
- Monitoring compliance with the subsidiarity principle and the application of the Social Assistance Act
- Coordinate and supervise the tasks of social assistants and support them in complex situations Organize and animate intervisions
- Follow-up and distribution of agreements with the Service Manager
- Coordinate, allocate and monitor specific tasks agreed with the Head of Service
- Collaborate with other Department Services and external partners
- Preventing and managing conflicts in collaboration with the Service Manager
- Support and advise statutory refugees in their integration process under the Social Assistance Act of the canton of Fribourg (LASoc)
- Establish monthly social assistance budgets/accounts and target direct payments

- Excellent organizational, analysis and prioritization capabilities in managing complex situations
- Adfirmed leadership, sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to unite a team
- Excellent relational skills, sense of empathy and orientation solutions
- Mastery of French and good knowledge of German and English
