Mansioni
- You support the management and organization of the staff restaurant and represent the site management in the event of absences and lead 11 employees.
- You produce hot and cold food as well as sandwiches and ensure an attractive sales offer.
- You are responsible for orders, receipts of goods, cash statements and consumption records.
- You ensure compliance with HACCP, quality and occupational safety requirements.
- You support the training of learners and provide a service-oriented guest contact and work on projects.
Requirements
- 2-3 years: In-depth knowledge of community gastronomy
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): Köchin/Koch EFZ
- You convince with a high willingness to provide services, resilience and a good physical constitution.
- You act independently, make decisions in the sense of achieving goals and take responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of the restoration area as well as a secure handling of operational standards and contemporary IT knowledge.
- You are an established, communicative personality.
- Leadership experience is beneficial.
