• Head of Central Support at all Agroscope locations in Switzerland (6 persons) in human, technical, financial and organisational terms and active participation in operational activities
• Ensure the operational services of the central support in Posieux and coordinate activities at all locations, in particular the telephone exchange, ticketing system, reception and support at events, taking into account multilingualism
• Harmonization and optimization of administrative, logistical and organizational work processes at all sites, development of appropriate tools and assurance of quality of services
• Management of infrastructure sub-projects within the framework of Azurite, in particular the introduction of the ticketing system
• Operational responsibility for LRAO services (around 1600 personnel movements per year), in particular compliance with the requirements of the Swiss Government PKI, certificate management and training of LRAO and RIO roles
• Training and mentoring of learners, coordination of civil service providers, auxiliary staff and external service providers and, where necessary, cooperation in operational activities

This makes them unique.

• Commercial basic education or training in the hotel and service sector (EFZ, supplemented by a bachelor’s degree, higher specialist education or equivalent professional experience)
• More than five years of professional experience, including proven team leadership experience and coordination of services or processes
• Knowledge of project management, analytical and conceptual thinking as well as ability to structure processes and solve problems independently
• Secure use of digital tools and strong interest in digitalization and continuous improvement of processes
• Strong service awareness and customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, team spirit and personal integrity
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and English in word and writing

Leading a team of six, you will actively contribute to the operational activities while having room for manoeuvre to further develop the service: you will harmonize processes at national level, optimize processes and develop work equipment. Their goal: high-quality, uniform and tailored services at all Agroscope locations.
