  • Coordination and Administration in Facility Management Office (Bachoffice & PMO Support)
  • First Level Support and Processing and Coordination of Service Operations (Order Management)
  • Control and monitoring of service workflows incl.

Completion of completed orders in the CAFM system - Ensure correct performance calculation and control of order and performance data - Processing of orders and material procurement in SAP incl.

Incoming goods

  • Examination and settlement of creditor bills and clarification of deviations between order, delivery and invoice
  • Administrative tasks and support for offers, key and bath management as well as office and material management Requisiti
  • Basic commercial training
  • Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the industrial environment
  • Communicative personality with high service orientation
  • Flexibility, resilience and solution-oriented thinking and action
  • Good MS Office, CAFM and SAP knowledge
