- You lead and motivate a team of 5 to 10 employees in everyday production.
- You ensure an efficient, safe and high-quality production process.
- You have experience in food production.: You already have leadership experience or the potential to successfully lead a team.
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): ideally as a food technologist, cook, butcher or in a comparable area.
Main responsibilities
- You lead and motivate a team of 5 to 10 employees in everyday production.
- You ensure an efficient, safe and high-quality production process.
- You monitor production processes and production parameters and take the right measures if necessary.
- You ensure that hygiene, quality and safety standards are consistently adhered to.
- You support production problems and help find sustainable solutions.
- You reliably implement production plans together with your team.
- You work closely with other departments and actively contribute your technical understanding to everyday life.
Key requirements
- You have experience in food production.: You already have leadership experience or the potential to successfully lead a team.
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): ideally as a food technologist, cook, butcher or in a comparable area.
- You are well versed in production processes as well as hygiene, quality and safety standards.
- You approach problems in a structured manner and find pragmatic solutions.
