- ● Conceptual responsibility for the technical FM and implementation of continuous lifecycle management for the entire portfolio
- ● Implementation of feasibility studies, creation of load/duty specifications of technical installations
- ● Completed studies or in-depth further education in the field of facility management, building, environmental or energy technology
- ● Demonstrable professional experience in facility management as well as high technical understanding
Main responsibilities
- ● Conceptual responsibility for the technical FM and implementation of continuous lifecycle management for the entire portfolio
- ● Implementation of feasibility studies, creation of load/duty specifications of technical installations
- Central interface and strategic sparring partner for internal FM stakeholders
- ● Continuous optimization of FM processes, tools and interfaces as well as technical support for the operational FM team in day-to-day business
- ● Control and monitoring of suppliers, specialist planners and service providers in compliance with all project goals, standards and specifications
- ● Further development and implementation of a national quality management in the technical FM
- ● Design and implementation of training
Key requirements
- ● Completed studies or in-depth further education in the field of facility management, building, environmental or energy technology
- ● Demonstrable professional experience in facility management as well as high technical understanding
- ● Independent, solution-oriented and precise working method with high flexibility
- ● Strong communication capability and strength in dealing with different interfaces, partners and suppliers
- ● Negotiating knowledge of German; good knowledge of French and/or English is advantageous We offer
