YOUR ROLE We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive intern to join Vacheron Constantin team starting from September 2026.

Main responsibilities
- This will be an operational role with a diverse range of responsibilities supporting the execution and analysis of all marketing and communication initiatives.

- This role will be based in our offices in Geneva city center.
- PLAYING YOUR PART EVENTS Support the Project manager in events organisation and execution including client events, boutique activations, manufacture visits, etc.
- Manage external parties and suppliers and coordinate all the logistical aspects of our Boutique events Support the development of event marketing deliverables including PowerPoint presentations for pre-and post-event reports, invitations, internal agendas, in addition to other communications materials as required.
- VISUAL MERCHANDISING Coordinate visual merchandising activities and ensure the implementation of animations in boutiques and POS MEDIA Support the project manager in the assets creation for all our Media Plan bookings BUDGET TRACKING Track and report marketing spending Process and track marketing related bills, liaise with the accounting team when needed Other Administrative Tasks In charge of updating the marketing plan document on a daily basis WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Currently in or finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field Ability to obtain an internship agreement from your school or university Curious, proactive, and hands-on Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven organisational skills Client-centric mindset Shows ability to perform analysis, is detail-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of digital marketing tools Fluent in French and English What We Offer A small dynamic, and caring team A role with a wide range of tasks A great positive learning environment Central location in Geneva City center Vacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
