- Exercising a status reference role within the home retention team model and acting in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics

Main responsibilities

- Exercising a status reference role within the home retention team model and acting in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics
- Providing comprehensive, preventive, curative, educational and palliative personalized nursing services to clients of all ages at home, independently and/or on medical delegation
- Organize medico-social approaches, coordination and collaboration with all those involved in the situation of a particular client, mobilizing available resources and guiding care performed or delegated to the SASCs
- Work in interdisciplinarity and interprofessionality, respecting the mission and institutional objectives
- Participate in training and research activities. Bachelor of nursing or equivalent training
- Minimum two years of professional experience Knowledge of the Geneva care network
- Ability to work independently and as an interdisciplinary team Excellent adaptability and delegation Responsibility and direction solution
