Main responsibilities
- Ganzheitliche professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten
- Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von pflegerischen Massnahmen gemäss Pflegeprozess
- Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und weiteren Fachbereichen
- Begleitung und Anleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden im Pflegebereich
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und internen Abläufen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
- Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in der rekonstruktive Chirurgie
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld mit wechselnden Anforderungen
- Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung
