Main responsibilities
- You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables and bread and declare war on food waste with far-sighted orders
- Order fresh products and of course all other goods, accept them, check them and fill them on the shelves in your store
- Correctly implement requirements in the store layout
- Check best-before dates in the freshness product group
- As a deputy, instruct, encourage and advance the employees - and be a role model for them
- As a deputy, take joint responsibility for the numbers - in sales, Personnel costs and inventory requirements
- Three or more years of professional experience: in the retail trade as a specialist, department or district manager would be an advantage
- Completed vocational training (EBA): in the retail trade (food) or a related professional category would be ideal
- Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally already professional experience with them
- Physically fit, some colis weigh up to 10 kilos
