Role overview

Attached or attached to the head of the diagnostic department, also doctor-cheffe of the service of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging, you assist both the management and administrative organization of the department and the service, in the clinical, academic and research fields, ensuring the interface between the various professional fields.

In support of the organization of the department and service doctor, you organize appointments, sessions and seminars by managing his calendar.

You prepare the files, prepare the minutes of the meeting and coordinate the follow-up of the decisions made, by promoting the associated communication.

While responding to the various requests, you carry out the administrative activities related to your function, such as the management of the schedules (VRH) of the senior doctors and the team of secretaries, the administrative management of private or faculty funds, the organisation of the congresses and symposia of the medical profession, and the monitoring of the budget allocated to the service and research.

You are pro-active in carrying out the logistical tasks arising from the life of a secretariat such as orders, applications for appointment, reimbursement or training.

Within the team, you develop a close relationship with your fellow secretaries, ensuring continuity of service during absences.

And more generally, your sense of service makes you an agile and diplomatic person.
