The cantonal court is the highest authority in civil, criminal and administrative matters. It decides on appeals and complaints against a first-instance judgment and also on complaints and complaints against decisions of the administrative authorities of the canton. It has a dual role as a judicial authority and a delegated supervisory body over the administration of justice.
The Cantonal Court of the Canton of Freiburg offers an internship for a German-speaking lawyer. The internship serves as preparation for the bar examination. As part of your internship, you will mainly be employed in the field of administrative law and can independently deal with a wide range of challenging cases.
