MAIN TASKS
Quantify requirements and verify supplies
Respect technical data sheets
Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
Participation in the versatility of posts
Participate in the development of culinary and pastry suggestions
TRAINING REQUIRED
CFC Cooker / Cooker or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience as a party leader/fe
Confirmed Pastry Experience (minimum 2 years)

Very good oral and written French communication
