- Zur Verstärkung der Finanzabteilung in Marsens:
- Begleitung und Beratung der Budgetverantwortlichen bei der Erstellung und Überwachung ihrer Budgets sowie Bereitstellung der für die finanzielle Steuerung ihrer Tätigkeiten erforderlichen Analysen;
Main responsibilities
- Zur Verstärkung der Finanzabteilung in Marsens:
- Begleitung und Beratung der Budgetverantwortlichen bei der Erstellung und Überwachung ihrer Budgets sowie Bereitstellung der für die finanzielle Steuerung ihrer Tätigkeiten erforderlichen Analysen;
- Einführung von Instrumenten für das Finanzcontrolling und -reporting
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Kostenrechnung nach Kostenstellen gemäss REKOLE® sowie bei der Erstellung von Kennzahlenübersichten und Statistiken
- Betreuung und Begleitung von Projekten entsprechend den Bedürfnissen der Institution und der Abteilung
- Stellvertretung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Controlling-Team Gewünschtes Profil
- Höhere Ausbildung in Finanzen, Controlling oder Betriebswirtschaft (Universität, Hochschule für Wirtschaft oder gleichwertige Ausbildung)
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem Spital oder einer Gesundheitseinrichtung
- Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Anwendungen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Dienstleistungsorientierung
