- Erstellung der monatlichen Finanzauswertungen und Durchführung der Abschlussarbeiten
- Führung der Nebenbuchhaltungen (Lieferanten, Debitoren, Liquidität, Vorräte usw.)
Main responsibilities
- Erstellung der monatlichen Finanzauswertungen und Durchführung der Abschlussarbeiten
- Führung der Nebenbuchhaltungen (Lieferanten, Debitoren, Liquidität, Vorräte usw.)
- Ansprechperson für die Ausbildung, Begleitung und Betreuung der oder des Lernenden bzw. der Praktikantin oder des Praktikanten
- Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Konten, Analyse der Buchungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Saldenabstimmung
- Mitwirkung bei der Aufbereitung der für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse erforderlichen Daten und Unterlagen
- Erstellung von Reportings und buchhalterischen Analysen für die Abteilungs- und Dienstverantwortlichen Gewünschtes Profil
- Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einem Spital oder einer Gesundheitseinrichtung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung und in den Abschlussprozessen
- Ausbildung als Berufsbildner/in in Lehrbetrieben obligatorisch
