Their tasks
- Preparation of the monthly financial evaluations and implementation of the final work
- Auxiliary accounting (suppliers, debtors, liquidity, inventories, etc.)
- Contact person for training, accompaniment and supervision of the apprentice/trainee/trainee
- Control and reconciliation of accounts, analysis of bookings and participation in balance reconciliation
- Participation in the preparation of the data and documents required for the monthly and annual accounts
- Preparation of reporting and accounting analyses for department and service managers
Desired profile
- Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ or equivalent training
- Sound professional experience in accounting
- Experience in hospital or healthcare is beneficial
- Very good knowledge of accounting and closing processes
- Apprenticeship training or willingness to undertake
- Excel knowledge and safe handling of IT applications
- Teamwork, independent working, organizational talent and ability to set priorities correctly
- Very good knowledge of French or German with good knowledge of the other language
