For the Haus Bubenholz in the Zurich region, we are looking for a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII with immediate effect or by appointment • Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing principles and the nursing process Taking on tasks as a reference person Nursing Responsibility and control of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the RAI care needs classification Electronic nursing documentation using a care coach Planning and accompaniment of doctor's visits Assuming day-to-day responsibility with coordination of the Day teams Leading case discussions and nursing reports Taking on tasks as a subject person in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality • Your profile Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid) A warm and Humorous attitude Enjoyment of diverse challenges Good knowledge of spoken and written German Why Tertianum?

Key requirements
- Completed training as a Diploma in Nursing / Professional Nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent recognized training by SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care would be an advantage
- Desired RAI knowledge or willingness to attend courses (paid)
