Role overview
The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Switzerland, Raiffeisen banks and group companies in achieving their service goals by accepting and answering telephone and written end customer inquiries.
For our increased consulting activities, we are looking for you immediately or by appointment as a quick learner, flexible, service-oriented and strong communicator.

Main responsibilities
- Telephone support for private customers

- Active customer contact to arrange consultation appointments, direct deals and referrals to higher segments Requirements: Banking training (EFZ or comparable)
- Experience in supporting and advising customers
- Passion for customer contact and strong sales talent
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
