- Perform rigorously laying of floor coverings, the application of plasters and masquerades, then ensuring clean and durable finishes.
- Occupying the structural operations of the crude construction: casting of foundations and foundations, mounting of load-bearing walls, construction of concrete floors and staircases, in accordance with the projects and the timetable of the works.

- Ensure active coordination with other companies and other operators in order to organize the interventions and ensure the smooth running of the works.
