- You prepare hot and cold dishes according to recipes and standards and always pay attention to hygiene and quality regulations (HACCP)
- Professional experience: in a similar position, ideally in the catering industry
- Completed basic or further training: as a chef EFZ or comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of the HACCP guidelines and experience in dealing with fresh products German (very good knowledge) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- You prepare hot and cold dishes according to recipes and standards and always pay attention to hygiene and quality regulations (HACCP)
Key requirements
- Professional experience: in a similar position, ideally in the catering industry
- Completed basic or further training: as a chef EFZ or comparable qualification.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, are service-oriented and attach great importance to quality.
- Your communication skills and team spirit set you apart, as do your commitment and reliability.
- You are resilient, flexible and enjoy working with food in a lively environment.
- Working hours without room hours: 41 hours per week and regular working hours without room hours
- Holidays: 5 to 7 weeks of vacation per year depending on age and length of service
