CONTEXT
Richemont International Distribution recruits for its distribution centre in Villars-sur-Glâne, a Team Leader Pick & Pack. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution and compliance of Pick & Pack operations according to the regulations and directives as well as the operational management of the team.

HOW ARE YOU TO BE USED WITH US?
To benefit from a higher education (HEG, University or equivalent), you justify a proven experience in team and project management.
You have good knowledge in logistics and Supply Chain.
You like to work in the field, at the heart of the activities, in a dynamic and challenging environment and are willing to work as a team in the afternoon (13h-22h).
Rigoury, organized and autonomous, you have good stress resistance and are able to understand/anticipate problems and view an impact or solution.
Excellent communicator, you ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders and you stand out by your proposal strength and ability to federate.
You are perfectly comfortable with the usual computer tools. Mastery of SAP and POWER BI (or other data analysis tool) is an asset.
You have a perfect command of French (C2) as well as an English level allowing you to communicate easily (min. B2).
