- act independently and explore with existing and potential clients as an expert in pension fund solutions (PPS) and personal insurance (LCA, LAA, LAC)
- work towards the development of optimal global solutions, including in the field of management
- analyze existing solutions and develop future solutions
- responsibility for calls for tenders and tenders, as well as for the conduct of negotiations with prospective providers and asset managers, and to finalize the results in a comparative model
- conduct annual interviews with clients
- support, at project level, the current autonomous foresight solutions in their reorientation
- developing sound decision bases for our clients
- identify and implement cross-sale and advanced opportunities with Bank Valiant advisors and advisors
- actively contribute to the development of the offer of brokerage services
- know how to convince and inspire enthusiasm as a speaker at trade shows and customer events
You own
- unwavering commitment to customer tracking and acquisition
- the knowledge of the current market and several years of professional experience in consulting companies in the field of pension and personal insurance solutions
- requirements and registration in the FINMA Intermediary Register
- Preferably experience gained within an insurance company, broker or collective foundation in the area of customer distribution and acquisition
- a friendly personality and a charismatic and confident look
- good computer knowledge (WinVS, Sobrado, Microsoft applications)
- French as a mother tongue and mastery of German is an asset
- the willingness to make trips in the Romandie region, with the possibility to choose the location of your place of work (in one of the branches of Bank Valiant in French-speaking Switzerland)
