- Proven expertise and computer science in the areas of digitization, software configuration, openBIM quality testing and data management
- Analytical, conceptual and networked thinking as well as the ability to independently open up, organize and coordinate new topics
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
