For Senevita Casa Fribourg we are looking for immediately or to agree one/one Assistant to the Directorate of Care at 80-100% billingual French/German

Your tasks

• Participate in the evaluation , supervision and coordination of interventions according to the needs of the beneficiaries
• Contributing to the organization and supervision of a nursing and nursing team
• Guarantee in collaboration with the management of care of quality service in care and home care
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration within the organisation
• Participation in the development of projects and representation of society
• Contacts and privileged relations with network partners

Your profile

• Tertiary nursing training (HES/ES) or equivalent
• Skills in team management and interaction with various stakeholders
• Professional experience in home care
• Autonomy, creativity and organizational sense
• Knowledge of the medical and social network of the canton of Fribourg
• Easy with computer tools and computer care file
• Mastery of French and German
