YOUR TASKS
- You work in direct care in an emergency and are responsible for the professional, interdisciplinary and evidence-based care of patients.
- Advising and coaching team members on care issues are among your core tasks, as well as promoting interdisciplinary cooperation.
- You actively participate in higher-level nursing-specific working groups and projects and are responsible for monitoring and participating in the implementation of changes
- In addition, you are involved in the introduction, training, implementation and evaluation of care guidelines, instructions and concepts.
Your profile
- Dipl. Nursing professional (HF / FH) or NDS emergency care
- Care-specific training at level CAS or DAS (or willingness to undertake such training)
- Several years of professional experience as a Dipl. Nurse, preferably in acute hospital. Experience in emergency setting is beneficial.
- In-depth competences in patient education, discussion and clinical decision-making
- Quality-conscious, critical and reflected thinking as well as self-responsible and reliable action
- The joy of taking responsibility
