Role overview

That's what you expect: The Mobiliar offers their agricultural customers:insurances to protect against crop failure due to weather-related events.

As a specialist, you are also responsible for the further development of damage regulation for the product of weather insurance in agriculture.

This is what you do with us: In your role, you independently process complex damages, which includes both the damage measurement in the field and the administrative processes.

As part of the weather insurance team, you work in the further development of the damage collection methods in the field of agricultural crops.

Your activities include the development, training and professional support of the Miliz Chase Organisation.

As a link between the damage organization and the product management, you contribute to the further development of the product and the damage processes.

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in agronomy or equivalent training
• Comprehensive plant building skills with field experience
• Good knowledge of Swiss agriculture with a deeper understanding of practical farming
• Personality with a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach
• Representative negotiating skills
