Professional trainer/health specialist, acute and palliative care, 70-90 %
You do
As a vocational trainer, you accompany and support the learners in their education as a health specialist. You also work as a health specialist in shift operations. Your main tasks include:
- Accompanying and supervising young adults through training as a health professional and on their way to working life in German.
- Analyze and support the learning process of learners
- Close cooperation in the education team and support of the care team in fulfilling the educational mission
- Care of patients in close cooperation with nurses
- Self-employment of other tasks in station operations such as domestic and logistical activities
- Share responsibility for a high quality of care and active participation in the continuous improvement process
- Promotion of goal- and solution-oriented cooperation within the interprofessional support team

- Health training completed
- Professional experience as a specialist in health, preferably in acute care
- Completed vocational training course or the willingness to complete such course
- Flowing communication in German is mandatory (min. C1), simple knowledge of French or willingness to learn it
- Ability to support and promote learners of all ages
- Engaged personality with motivation and initiative to help shape the training of specialists on the bed station
- Conscientious working methods, team spirit and healthy resilience
