The Biel Hospital Center is the public center hospital of the bilingual Biel-Seeland-Berne Jura region. Are you interested in working alongside our 2,300 employees for the health of our population?
To strengthen our team, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement
Two medical secretaries, 50% for our inpatient area – Back Office AND 80% – 100% for the reception area Surgical Ambulatorium
You do.
Your tasks – our job 50% in the back office
- Writing, correcting and formatting medical reports mainly in German (a small part in French)
- Control and follow-up in the CIS of withdrawal and operations reports
- Archiving (electronic) and general secretarial work in the stationary sector
Your tasks – our position 80 - 100% in the reception area Surgical Ambulatorium
- Personal reception and first contact of patients in German and French
- Telephone service, planning and preparation of office hours
- Write, correct and format medical reports in French and German
- Archiving (electronic) and general secretarial work
- Close cooperation with medical and nursing staff
